“The way I use cardio boxing is to sharpen the reaction time in individuals,” Sly said via email. “It’s brain food in elders and for the every day person, it sharpens your decisional capacity level. For youth it is used for math equations and for the overweight it’s a fast way to shred pounds.”

More information like schedules and pricing is online at themittmaster.com.

The business is opening in Talbott Tower, which is now under new ownership. The 14-story tower at the corner of First and Ludlow streets sold to Talbott Tower Holdings LLC in January.

Javad Adinehzadeh, principal of Talbott Tower Holdings LLC, said at the time that he intended to make improvements to the tower to retain the current tenants and attract more businesses to the 60 percent occupied building.
