Chuy’s “will bring a new flavor to Austin Landing’s offerings,” Miami Twp. administrator Chris Snyder said when the restaurant first announced it coming to the Miami Valley. “Hopefully, people will see that we are not just duplicating our region’s existing restaurants.”
This will be Chuy’s third Ohio restaurant. Its first is located in suburban Cincinnati and has plans for a third one at the Mall at Fairfield Commons.
Officials with Chuy’s could not give the exact date for its opening.
