The entire Wright Executive complex includes a 55-acre planned development with seven office buildings, four hotels and two retail centers with restaurants, according to marketing materials from real estate company Colliers International.
Ball Aerospace has offices in the building just sold.

The building two years ago was one of two at the complex under the shadow of foreclosure. The properties — which together have 119,000 square feet of space — were 2875 and 2940 Presidential Drive. Bank lenders moved to foreclose on the buildings in May 2016.
More recently, in July 2017, an affiliate of C-III Capital Partners, an Irving, Texas real estate firm, acquired the building at 2785 Presidential, as well as 2940 and 2790 Presidential.
