Building 45 is on the base’s Area B, off Eighth Street.
Bids were solicited via the internet with four bids received, the Department of Defense said in a release on the award. Work will be performed at the base with an estimated completion date of March 11, 2021.
Fiscal 2018 research, development, test and evaluation funds in the amount of $7,375,000 were obligated at the time of the award. The contracting agency is the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in Louisville, Ky.
