Dayton Children’s Hospital bought a house next to its property for $60,000.

The sale of the house at 120 Valley St. was recorded Nov. 12.

The pediatric hospital doesn’t have any specific plans for the property “other than just part of the overall neighborhood revitalization effort with the Davinci Project,” according to a spokeswoman.
