It’s not clear what the plan is for the property. Messages were left with Dayton Children’s seeking more information about plans for the sale.
The property is a little over a mile from the hospital’s main campus just north of downtown. It is in a primarily industrial and office area, with some of the neighboring businesses including Energy Optimizers, Good Neighbor House and The Entrepreneurs Center.
