Dayton IT firm plans to hire 500

Information technology consulting services company Sogeti USA plans to hire more than 500 employees this summer as part of a strategic growth initiative driven by client demand, company officials announced.

Miami Twp.-based Sogeti USA operates in 23 U.S. locations. The company has positions available in more than 20 cities, including Dayton, Cincinnati and Columbus.

Officials said Sogeti USA will be looking for “top talent” to fill positions in each if its six practice areas: business information management; digital transformation; global engineering services; infrastructure and managed services; software development; and integration and testing.

Sogeti USA employees complete projects with some of the largest companies in the nation, leveraging the latest technology from business partners that include Microsoft, IBM and Oracle, officials said.

Sogeti is a business unit of the Capgemini Group, a $13 billion global IT firm headquartered in Paris, France.

Sogeti Group has about 20,000 employees at branches in 15 countries, with annual revenues of about $2 billion. Sogeti USA, headquartered in Miami Twp., has annual revenues of about $500 million.
