The parent company of Grandview Medical Center bought several properties that neighbor the Dayton hospital.
Kettering Health Network bought five properties at the corner of Shaw Avenue and Geyer Street, near the edge of the hospital campus, according to Montgomery County real estate records. The sale was recorded Nov. 1.

The properties are listed as 209 Shaw Ave., 205 Shaw Ave., 213 Shaw Ave., 301 Geyer St. and another parcel of land along Shaw Avenue without a specific street number.
Messages seeking more information were left with Kettering Health and with the real estate agent representing a retail building at 301 Geyer St. that sold.
