A Dayton medical office sold to a new property owner for $10.5 million.
The 25-year-old Wright Health Building, at the corner of Patterson Boulevard and Stewart Street, is home to tenants like Wright State Physicians and Equitas Health’s pharmacy.
The buyer is CMK2 Dayton LLC, which has the same Florida mailing address as Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors, an investment firm. A message was left with Kayne Anderson asking whether they planned any changes or updates to the property.
The seller is Dayton Medical Properties LLC, which has the same Wisconsin mailing address as a property tax consulting firm, Easley, McCaleb & Associates.
The sale of the four-story, 75,000-square-foot medical office property was recorded May 22 by Montgomery County property records.
