Dorothy Lane Market opens new culinary center

Dorothy Lane Market has unveiled its newly culinary center at its store at 6161 Far Hills Drive in Washington Twp., company officials announced.

Officials said DLM spent four months renovating its School of Cooking to give the facility a clean, modern feel. The facility can now hold up to 64 guests.

The DLM Culinary Center is available for private events, parties and team-building sessions, officials said.

The center will offer more than 40 cooking classes, as well as several kids cooking camps. Summer classes are scheduled to start in June.

An open house is scheduled for June 20 for 3-7 p.m. Light refreshments will be served.

The center’s hours are 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday through Friday. For information about classes and availability, visit the website at dorothylane.com/cooking.
