White is serving as the program senior materiel leader, Advanced Aircraft, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Air Force Materiel Command. AFMC is based at Wright-Patterson.

Again at Wright-Patterson, Air Force Col. Matthew W. Higer has been nominated for appointment to the rank of brigadier general. Higer is serving as the commander, Data Masked, at AFMC headquarters.
Wright-Patterson is the largest single-site employer in Ohio and one of nation’s largest Air Force bases, with about 30,000 military and civilian employees.
