Fairborn company to add 100 new jobs

The new space will accommodate 101 new full-time, permanent positions by the end of November. Base pay will be $10.50 an hour, with an opportunity to earn $12-$13 an hour based on performance.

Teleperformance currently occupies 45,000 square feet in the 100,000-square-foot strip mall, and employs 500 people, making it one of the top five employers in Fairborn, said Chris Wimsatt, the city’s economic development director.

Teleperformance, a worldwide organization, provides inbound customer service for a major wireless provider, Collins said.
