Fairborn’s Texas Roadhouse asks city for permission to expand

Fairborn’s Texas Roadhouse has asked the city for permission to expand and build a new concrete patio.

An additional 42 dining seats could be added to the restaurant in addition to the 243 existing seats, according to documents from the city’s planning commission. The patio area would feature benches for guests waiting to be seated, according to the documents.
