The company said it had gross sales of $628,040 in 2006, $539,444 in 2007, and had an undisclosed loss in 2008. It did not operate in 2009, according to the bankruptcy filing.
The company’s attorney, Roger E. Luring, wasn’t immediately available for comment on Wednesday, Nov. 4. Dennis J. Fisher, the company’s president and sole corporation shareholder, also could not be reached for comment.
Chapter 7 bankruptcy filings usually lead to the liquidation of a company.
