Ben Vaughn — chef, restaurant consultant and host of Food Network show “Health Inspectors” — is appearing today, March 26 at the Kroger in Austin Landing near Ohio 741 and Austin Pike in Miami Twp.
Vaughn’s appearance is scheduled for 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. today at the store at 10101 Landing Way. During a morning session, Vaughn will lead a cooking demonstration and then offering samples of duck bacon, and in the afternoon, he’ll be doing the same for duck breast.
Vaughn, former owner of Grace and Au Fond Farmtable restaurants in Memphis, now serves as culinary director and executive chef for Brewed to Serve Restaurant Group and White Oak Kitchen & Cocktails. He lives in Atlanta.
