The Centerville building formerly home to Huffy was just sold to a local developer.
The Dayton Daily News previously reported that Beavercreek-based Synergy & Mills Development was planning to purchase and upgrade the building.

The 6551 Centerville Business Parkway property in Centerville sold for $1.5 million, according to Montgomery County property records.
Synergy CEO Jerad Barnett previously said the company plans to invest about $3 million to renovate and upgrade the property.
Once finished, a yet-to-be-named user will occupy about half of the space and the other half will be available for lease.
