People in Greene County will soon have a new place to buy couches, beds and tables.

Furniture Fair hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony Wednesday afternoon at its 55,400-square-foot store at 2500 N. Fairfield Road, which opens Saturday.

“We’re very excited about being in Beavercreek and it’s something we have looked for and we keep expanding in this area and further south into Louisville,” Edward Hartman, Furniture Fair marketing director, said.
