“I can’t open soon enough,” owner Clara Osterhage said. “It’s a fabulous location.”
The salon will be the 21st franchise owned by Osterhage and the 32 Great Clips in the Greater Dayton area, Osterhage said. Osterhage opened her first salon in Springfield.
“Our salons are located in all the bus retail centers in the Greater Dayton area,” she said.
The new store will be next to Jack’s Pets and in the same building with TJ Maxx and Home Goods stores about to open in the development.
“I know the contractors are starting our work today,” Osterhage said.
