Hospice Care of Middletown, 1001 Grove St., is an independent nonprofit that offers full-service hospice care, mostly in patients’ homes, Clements said.
“What I’d like to be able to do is educate the community on what the benefits of hospice are,” Clements said. “It’s all about being able to provide that level of comfort not only for the patient, but the family, too, when they have a life-threatening illness.”
Prior to this position, Clements was nursing home administrator of Bellbrook Rehab and Healthcare Center.
