Kettering Health to hold open house in Franklin

Kettering Health Network is inviting the public to attend an open house from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday at its new $10 million, 12,000-square-foot freestanding emergency center off I-75 at the Springboro/Franklin exit on State Route 73 in Franklin.

The open house will include tours and a health fair with free health screenings. Visitors can also participate in a raffle and receive a special gift.

The emergency center will open for business on Feb. 23 at 5:00 a.m.

Kettering is also building a freestanding emergency department in Eaton, where construction is expected to be completed later this year.
