Kohl’s to hire 2,400 workers at Monroe e-commerce fulfillment center

The chain retailer will hire for the positions during an on-site job fair on Thursday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. New workers will help support Kohl's operations throughout the holiday season. They will also assist with fulfillment of orders placed on Kohls.com.

Other retailers have also started hiring for the holiday season. Target is hiring more than 100,000 employees for the holiday retail season. The chain retailer is already gearing up for the busiest shopping season of the year, hiring 100,000 team members for its 1,816 stores in the U.S. and an additional 4,500 seasonal employees for its distribution and fulfillment centers.
