Local golf course to close if not sold to new owners

Sebastian Hills Golf Club in Xenia will close this year if a new owner isn’t found.

The current owners posted a memo on the golf course website announced the club would not open in 2018. They are looking to sell the club, located at 1100 Knollhaven Road in Xenia, for $1.99 million or a "sensible offer," according to a statement. All equipment, 64 golf carts, 28 cruisers and more than 165 acres of land are included in the deal.

The business number for Sebastian Hills Golf Club is already out of service, but this news organization has reached out to the owners. Sebastian Hills features five lakes, natural streams and rolling terrain as well as wooded areas and a grilling area. It does not a have a full service restaurant.
