It’s near the single family housing development Carriage Trails in Huber Heights.
This is St. Mary’s first project in Miami County, said executive vice president Tim Bete.
“One of the things we’re starting to see a little bit is there is a need in suburb and rural areas,” Bete said.
Nonprofit housing developer St. Mary and Miller-Valentine will celebrate with a ribbon cutting 11 a.m. Friday at 1000 Waterside Circle.
The funding comes from federal Low Income Housing Tax Credits.
