MedProperties acquires Atrium Medical Center office building

The five-story, 103,000-square-foot office building is one of nine buildings on the 200-acre Atrium campus and is connected to the hospital on four levels, allowing for direct access between physician offices and the hospital. The hospital is owned and operated by Premier Health Partners of Dayton.

“This is our first transaction with Equity, and we are proud to work with such a high-quality, experienced developer and operator,” MedProperties Managing Principal Darryl Freling said in a statement. “We plan to expand upon our strategic relationship with Equity, and have identified additional investment opportunities through their sponsorship.”
