Merrill Lynch moving to Austin Landing

Merrill Lynch will consolidate its downtown Dayton, Oakwood and Centerville branches to an Austin Landing office building next year, the financial services firm said Thursday.

“It is a privilege and honor to be a part of the Dayton community,” Drew Lyon, director of the Merrill Lynch Ohio Valley complex, said in a statement. “At our new location, we will continue to offer the highest quality of service and integrated strategies Dayton’s sophisticated investors have come to expect from Merrill Lynch.”

The new office space will allow growth and the addition of new financial advisors and employees, the company said.

Last week, RG Properties, developer of Austin Landing near the interchange of Austin Boulevard and Interstate 75, said four companies will move to the site, including manufacturer ThyssenKrupp Materials NA and Washington Twp. investment firm Eubel Brady & Suttman Asset Management. Two other companies also moving to 10100 Innovation Drive, a four-story office building, were not immediately identified at the time of that announcement.
