The projects are expected to result in more than $66.4 million in total new payroll and $187.4 million in investments across Ohio, Gov. John Kasich’s office said.
Projects in Southwestern Ohio include:
MINTH North America Inc. expects to create 418 full-time jobs, generating $12.6 million in new annual payroll as a result of the company’s new location in Lebanon.
MINTH designs, makes and supplies body structural parts, trims and decorative parts of passenger vehicles. The authority approved a 70 percent, 12-year tax credit for MINTH.
In Montgomery County’s Butler Twp., Riverside Computing, Inc., doing business as Agil IT and Elevation Healthcare, expects to create 20 full-time jobs, generating $940,000 in new annual payroll and retaining $2.1 million in existing payroll as a result of the company’s new location in Butler Twp.
Riverside Computing is an information technology and operation consulting business for the health care industry. The TCA approved a 35 percent, six-year tax credit for this project.
iMFLUX Inc., West Chester Twp. in Butler Co. expects to create 221 full-time positions, generating $17.5 million in additional annual payroll as a result of the company’s project at a to-be-determined location. iMFLUX is a subsidiary company of P&G with a technology in plastics processing.
The TCA board “approved a 60 percent, eight-year tax credit for iMFLUX.
In another project linked to West Chester Twp. in Butler County, Systecon Inc., expects to create 18 full-time jobs, generating $810,000 in new annual payroll and retaining $4.3 million in existing payroll as a result of the company’s expansion project in West Chester.
Systecon designs and makes modular chiller plants, boiler plants, pumping system and controls for the heating, ventilating and air conditioning market. The TCA approved a 35 percent, five-year tax credit for that project.
PolyOne Corp., Greenville, expects to create 130 full-time positions, generating $5 million in additional annual payroll and retaining $5 million in existing payroll as a result of the company’s expansion in Darke County. PolyOne is a provider of polymer materials.
The TCA approved a 50 percent, seven-year tax credit for PolyOne.
And in Cincinnati, CE Power Solutions, LLC, expects to create 24 full-time jobs, generating $1.8 million in additional annual payroll and retaining $3.8 million in existing payroll as a result of the company’s expansion project there.
CE Power Solutions provides electrical systems and serves electric utility power plants, alternative energy facilities and more. The TCA approved a 40 percent, six-year tax credit for that project.
Two more projects are slated for locations yet to be determined.
Clinical Outcomes Management Systems, LLC. doing business as COMS Interactive is expected to create 119 full-time positions, generating $8.7 million in new annual payroll and retaining $1.8 million in existing payroll as a result of the company’s expansion project.
COMS focuses on processes and systems to stabilize and improve resident health. The TCA approved a 45 percent, six-year tax credit for that company.
And Rapid Prototype and Manufacturing LLC expects to create 130 full-time positions, generating $9.5 million in additional annual payroll and retaining $380,000 in existing payroll as a result of the company’s expansion project at a to-be-determined location.
Rapid Prototype and Manufacturing is a manufacturing company offering rapid prototyping services. The TCA approved a 50 percent, seven-year tax credit for this company, which is based in Avon Lake, Ohio.
