Need help with your taxes? You may qualify for free help locally

Local residents are getting help with their tax return preparation at the Montgomery County Job Center.

More than 179 people have already attended Super Refund Saturday, presented by KeyBank, at the Montgomery County Job Center. The event helps taxpayers with free tax return preparation. Taxpayers earning up to $53,930 may qualify for free tax return preparation and filing at two special events held at the job center, located at 1111 S. Edwin C. Moses Blvd.

The first event is today from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Another tax preparation event, Empowerment Saturday, will occur on March 10, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the job center. It is presented by Fifth Third Bank.
