Winters said there should be some activity at the site in the next two weeks, and the hope is to have the restaurant open for the holidays.
Winters and Rick Wheeler, both of W&W Pizza Inc., also own the Dayton Godfather’s on Brandt Pike.
The Centerville Godfather’s will seat 30 to 35 diners, while the Brandt Pike location seats around 170.
“We are going to do carryout and a drive-through window,” Winters said.
Neither location offers delivery.
The Centerville Godfather’s will employ approximately 20 people. It will open at 4 p.m. Monday through Saturday and at noon Sundays. Closing times have yet to be determined.
