Burns takes the helm at one of Kettering’s largest employers. Kettering Medical Center is the flagship hospital under the umbrella of the $1.6 billion Kettering Health Network.

Burns has held executive roles in the network since 2001, most recently as the chief financial officer of Kettering Medical Center and executive vice president of Kettering Health Network since November, 2015.

“Kettering Health Network’s Board of Directors thanks Mr. McNaughton for his years of service to Kettering,” stated CEO Fred Manchur. “Terry’s commitment to Kettering Medical Center, the Network and community make him the perfect fit to lead Kettering Medical Center and, together with our executive leadership team, will ensure that Kettering Health Network continues to make a positive difference for our patients and the community.”
