New medical businesses open in Oakwood

Three new medical businesses opened today at 400 Sugar Camp Circle in Oakwood in the Sugar Camp business campus.

The new businesses are Preferred Access Medical, a concierge medical practice that requires patients to pay a fee or retainer for same-day access to a doctor; Dayton Clinical Research South, which will conduct research studies for Type II diabetes, asthma, pediatric vaccines, pain, and other conditions; and Sugar Camp Medical, a family practice.

The three new businesses are part of what is expected to become a full-service medical mall that already includes Executive Medical Centers of Ohio, the Ohio Eyecare Institute and Orion Physical Therapy Specialists.
