Manchur, the son of Kettering CEO Fred Manchur, has worked in the Grandview Medical Center System — which includes both Southview and Grandview hospitals — since 2008, Kettering officials said in a press release.

He was most recently vice president of ancillary services at Grandview, and also has served as director of operational design and strategic support, as well as director of the cardiovascular service line.

Prior to joining the Kettering system, Manchur gained experience as a healthcare analyst, currency trader, and co-owner of a retail health food store in California, according to a press release.

“We are very pleased to have Richard bring his strengths to Southview,” said Roy Chew, president of Kettering Health Network. “We are grateful for the enthusiasm that he has for the network’s mission and our community, and we look forward to the leadership he and Becky will provide in the Grandview Medical Center System.”
