New Show Carnival store opens Saturday in Troy

Shoe Carnival will host a grand opening at its newest store at 1855 W. Main St. in the Troy Towne Center at 9 a.m. this Saturday, March 21.

According to a spokeswoman for Shoe Carnival, the grand opening will include:

• The first 100 customers will receive a $10 gift card.

• A 10 a.m. drawing for free shoes for a year.

• An 11 a.m. drawing for $1,000 cash courtesy of Crocs.

• A drawing for a $100 Shoe Carnival shopping spree every hour noon-5p.m.

• Doorbuster deals from 9a.m. to noon.

• Prizes and giveaways through the weekend.

The new Troy store employs 18, Shoe Carnival spokeswoman Jessica Wildeman said this morning.

Shoe Carnival operates two other Dayton-area stores: at 5005 Salem Ave. in the Shiloh Springs Plaza and at 2850 Centre Drive in the Beavercreek Towne Center.

Company officials said in a release that it offers values on name brand shoes such as Nike, Crocs, Skechers, New Balance, Sof Sole, Fila and other brands.
