The new Troy store employs 18, Shoe Carnival spokeswoman Jessica Wildeman said this morning.
Shoe Carnival operates two other Dayton-area stores: at 5005 Salem Ave. in the Shiloh Springs Plaza and at 2850 Centre Drive in the Beavercreek Towne Center.
Company officials said in a release that it offers values on name brand shoes such as Nike, Crocs, Skechers, New Balance, Sof Sole, Fila and other brands.
