New stores and tenants could be coming to The Greene Town Center in Beavercreek soon, according to mall management.

“We have a number of deals pending for multiple spaces at The Greene,” said Steve Willshaw, general manager of The Greene.

In the last month, women’s clothing retailers The Limited and Ann Taylor both closed at shopping center. Retail experts say companies often close brick-and-mortar locations in January after the holiday season and close of the fourth fiscal quarter.

The Greene had other tenant spaces open, including the 4,300-square-foot space where the World of Beer was set to open.

This newspaper reported in September that the tenant had pulled out of its plans for a 10-year lease neat The Greene's front entrance on Indian Ripple Road.

The Greene has also welcomed new retailers including J.Crew Mercantile, the first location in the Dayton area for the high-end clothing brand. Ulta Beauty, which sells cosmetics, fragrances, skincare and hair-care products, also opened at shopping development in July.

Other major retailers at The Greene include Von Maur, Sephora, Nordstrom Rack, Mattress Firm and Apple.
