The locations of two other companies’ projects are to be determined, according to the agenda. Those include Fynanz Inc. and Ohio Star Forge Co.
Bill Murphy, Piqua economic development director, recently told the Dayton Daily News that the city has been working with an anonymous company on possibly moving to a 48,600-square-foot building at 9200 N. Country Club Drive. Murphy said he expected the company to be named at the authority’s Jan. 28 meeting.
“The company is in a very competitive market and wished to remain confidential,” Murphy said earlier this month.
The Tax Credit Authority’s meeting starts at 10 a.m. The body decides whether to offer tax credits to businesses moving to or expanding in Ohio.
