Land that is home to a new Burger King restaurant has just been sold and bought.

A limited liability corporation bought about 1.3 acres in the 4000 block of Wilmington Pike in Kettering for $2,341,377. The buyer is 4085 Wilmington Pike LLC; the seller, Carrolls LLC, of Syracuse, N.Y. Carrolls bought the land from Meijer last February for $425,000.

4085 Wilmington is the address for a new Kettering Burger King. As the Dayton Daily News reported last year, a Burger King dining site closed at 1431 E. Dorothy Lane to move to 4085 Wilmington, south of East Stroop Road, then a parking lot off a busy stretch of Wilmington.
