The first urgent cares in the series were announced in December and opened this spring.

The urgent care staff treat minor conditions like sinus infections, ear aches, allergies and pink eye, as well as injuries such as fractured bones.

Besides the latest site, locations have opened in Englewood, Huber Heights, Mason, Miamisburg, Springboro, Troy and Vandalia. A ninth urgent care is planned in Beavercreek.

The storefront in which the Washington Twp. urgent care opened was previously used by Boston Stoker. The coffee shop closed when a larger store opened at 215 S. Main St., Centerville.
