The $90 million facility at Union’s Global Logistics Air Park near the Dayton International Airport is expected to employ 1,300 workers by the end of 2015.
Westerville, Ohio-based Excel will hire and manage logistics workers for the P&G facility.
Quality Associates, a contract packaging company based in Cincinnati, will hire and manage the facility’s light manufacturing workforce.
