RadioShack is preparing to file for bankruptcy, according to reports, and an additional 200 stores will close as part of the restructuring.

General Wireless Operations, the parent company of RadioShack, is in the process of restructuring the electronics retail company. This is the second time in two years that RadioShack has filed bankruptcy, according to reports from the Wall Street Journal.

The report found that more RadioShack locations could close if Sprint ends leases for its “stores within stores” at locations across the U.S.

There are three Radio Shack locations in Greenville, Huber Heights and Kettering. This news organization made calls to those stores, and workers told us the locations are not closing.
