The new location will provide enough space for more offices, a larger warehouse, loading docks and a showroom, the company said in a new release.

The building will be located at 6045 Manning Road, just north of the Miamisburg municipal border.
The initial space will be over 15,000 square feet, with a 2,500-square-foot mezzanine.
“Expanding in size will allow the Premier Group to service more customers and expand through similar business offerings,” the company said.
“We are very excited to break ground on our new location,” Brad Sizemore, co-owner of the Premier Group, said in the release. “The new location will feature a 1,200-square-foot showroom, giving our customers the opportunity to select materials and see examples of our work.”

The additional space will also allow the business to incorporate a fabrication shop on the site.
The ability for future expansion will make this property a permanent location for Premier operations and its subsidiary Comfort Air Solutions, the company said.
“Having a larger space will enable us to adequately continue growing our business in the future, generating additional revenue and jobs,” Bobby Boyer, also a Premier co-owner, said. “The land we are building on has the ability for future expansion. We can expand our building and will not have to seek another location in the future.”
