Two join Premier Orthopedics

Eric W. Fester, MD and David A. Propst, DO, are joining Premier Orthopedics. Dr. Fester specializes in orthopedic surgery and sports medicine and received his medical degree from The Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences. He did an internship in general surgery at David Grant Medical Center, and a residency in orthopaedic surgery at Wilford Hall Medical Center. He went on to complete an orthopaedic sports medicine fellowship at Cincinnati Sports Medicine and Orthopaedic Center.

Dr. Propst is an orthopedic spine surgeon who received his medical degree from the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific. He did a residency at Grandview Hospital & Medical Center. He completed a fellowship in spinal surgery at The Florida Fellowship in Reconstructive Spinal Surgery.

Premier Orthopedics is a multi-specialty orthopedic and sports medicine practice with 29 physicians at 12 locations throughout southwest Ohio. Heard hired at business assistance center

The Dayton Human Relations Council recently announce that Adrienne Heard has joined the staff of the Greater Dayton Minority Business Assistance Center. Ms. Heard is a Certified Business Advisor and has extensive experience as a business consultant and advisor in the Dayton area. She will work with the Center's administrative assistant and construction specialist, bringing the Center to full staff.

The Ohio Development Services Agency oversees the state’s network of Minority Business Assistance Centers and has been working with the Human Relations Council as the council has been focused on resuming full operations.

Joseph Dean Hester, MD, is joining Englewood Family Practice. Dr. Hester received his medical degree from Wright State University – Boonshoft School of Medicine. He also completed a residency in internal medicine through Wright State University – Boonshoft School of Medicine.

Kalra hired at Cardiovascular Institute

Nishant Kalra, MD has joined the Premier Cardiovascular Institute.

Dr. Kalra specializes in interventional cardiology. He received his medical degree from Mahatma Gandhi Memorial Medical College in India. He completed a residency in internal medicine at Michigan State University. He went on to complete a cardiovascular disease fellowship at Sarver Heart Center, an interventional cardiology fellowship at the University of Kentucky Hospital and an advanced structural peripheral intervention fellowship at the University of Kentucky Hospital.

COO named at LCNB

The Board of Directors of LCNB Corp. and its wholly owned subsidiary, LCNB National Bank, introduced their new Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Lawrence P. Mulligan, Jr. to replace Eric J. Meilstrup, who was promoted to President of the Corp. and Bank on Oct. 1, 2018. Mulligan's promotion is effective as of May 2, 2019.

Mulligan most recently served as Senior Vice President of Business Development and Diversity at LCNB National Bank. He has had a long career in executive and leadership roles in finance and banking in southwestern Ohio. He is also currently serving his third elected term as Mayor of Middletown, Ohio.

He has been extremely active in volunteering for a number of non-profits throughout his career. Some of these organizations include: serving on the board of LifeSpan as Vice Chair, The Chamber of Commerce, serving Middletown, Monroe and Trenton, and The Butler County United Way.

He received his undergraduate degree in Finance, with a minor in Mathematics from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio. Mulligan completed the Ohio School of Banking at Ohio University and is a 2003 graduate of the American Bankers Association’s Stonier Graduate School of Banking at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C.
