A shopping center in Huber Heights just sold for more than $1.6 million.
Huber Center LLC bought the Brandt Pike shopping center, Brandt Tower Plaza, from Huber Center Investment LLC for $1,635,000, Montgomery property records show. The buyer is registered to a Beavercreek investor, Seema Elshire.

The property is located in the 6500 block of Brandt, just north of Chambersburg Road.
The 28,050-square-foot strip center was built in 1968 and is 91 percent occupied, according to a real estate listing.
