Local defense contractor Cornerstone Research Group intends to move from Beavercreek to that property. Last month, Cornerstone was approved for $225,000 in Montgomery County ED/GE (Economic Development/Government Equity) grant money to facilitate the move.

Sidney-based Bensar Developments Co., which bought the property, leases industrial buildings to customers and has more than 2.5 million square feet of space in its portfolio, the company says on its web site.

United Grinding is moving to a new 110,000-square-foot headquarters on 15 acres of land near the Austin Landing area by September.

The sale from United Grinding to Bensar happened Wednesday, according to Montgomery County property records.

The property includes more than 37,000 square feet of light industrial space and nearly 15,000 square feet of office space.
