The Beavercreek stores are both operated by the owners of another popular local retailer, Lebanon-based Rose & Remington.

Curve & Cloth is similar to sister brand Rose & Remington, but focuses on sizes XL through 3X, according to a previous statement from the mall. The eclectic boutique also sells accessories and jewelry.

The apparel store opened its first location in Lebanon alongside other stores owned by the Alexander family in 2017. The 3,900 square-foot Mall at Fairfield Commons store is the first location outside of the founding store, according to the statement.

Burlap & Birch’s first store also opened in 2017, selling decor, furniture, lighting and other home goods. The new 4,500 square-foot store at Fairfield Commons will be the fourth for the brand.
