Springboro software company to move, double employment

Caesar Creek Software to add 30 employees, move into Ascent development

A local software company is planning to move to a 20,000 square foot building in Springboro along Interstate 75 and add 30 employees.

Caesar Creek Software currently employs 30 workers at an office on South Pioneer Boulevard, according to city documents.

On Thursday, the Springboro City Council is to consider selling Synergy Building Systems, the company developing the Ascent office campus, three acres of city-owned land on West Tech Boulevard for $170,841.

Caesar Creek Software would move into the new building on the property and add 30 to 32 employees at the new location, according to the memo.

The Ascent is the office campus under development by the city and the Mills Development Co. Shiver Security Systems is already located in the office park, next to the Dayton Children’s campus along I-75 in Springboro.
