On Thursday, the Springboro City Council is to consider selling Synergy Building Systems, the company developing the Ascent office campus, three acres of city-owned land on West Tech Boulevard for $170,841.
Caesar Creek Software would move into the new building on the property and add 30 to 32 employees at the new location, according to the memo.
The Ascent is the office campus under development by the city and the Mills Development Co. Shiver Security Systems is already located in the office park, next to the Dayton Children’s campus along I-75 in Springboro.
