Stolle names new CEO

David Groetsch will retire as chief executive of Stolle Machinery Co. LLC effective June 30, with Robert Isaman assuming CEO responsibilities this week, Stolle Machinery said Thursday, April 22.

Based in Centennial, Colo., Stolle has manufacturing facilities in the Denver area, as well as Canton and Sidney. The company has about 50 employees in Sidney, a company spokesman said.

The canmaking equipment producer was founded in Sidney in 1961. Alcoa acquired the company in the early 1970s and it went through other ownership transitions over the years. It was renamed Stolle Machinery Co. in 2004.

Groetsch will remain on the company’s board of directors, the company said.

Isaman has worked for Terex Corp., United Technologies Corp. and other firms in his career.
