An industrial building in Huber Heights was bought by a self-storage chain.
Storage of America bought 5041 to 5107 Kitridge Road for $525,000, property records show.
The national company, which has two other locations in Ohio, states online that the Huber Heights storage facility will open sometime this year. A message was left with the company seeking more details.

Storage of American is also planning a new facility in Akron and recently opened a location in a former Target in Trotwood.
The seller is Globe Products Inc., represented by Dave Tobeson of Cushman & Wakefield, and the sale was recorded by Mongtomery County property records Jan. 2.
