Warren County’s Intelligrated acquires software company

Mason-based company Intelligrated, an advanced manufacturer of conveyor belts and other automated material handling systems, said today it has acquired Datria Systems Inc.

Denver, Colo.-based Datria Systems is a voice-enabled solutions company. The technology follows voice prompts instead of the user pushing buttons or hitting keystrokes to connect with systems. Datria will become part of Intelligrated’s software subsidiary Knighted.

Intelligrated is building its software-driven capabilities, and acquired at the end of 2012 Knighted, which makes supply chain software.

“Our goal is to continue to develop software solutions that improve operational efficiency and lower supply chain costs,” said Greg Cronin, executive vice president of Intelligrated, in a statement.

The acquisition cost of Datria was not disclosed.

Warren County company Intelligrated has 2,100 total employees worldwide including Mason, West Chester Twp., and other operations in the U.S., Canada, Mexico and Brazil, company officials said.
