The local business helps its business customers craft reward programs for their own customers and employees. Today, Incenta has total of six full-time and two part-time employees and about 55 event staff contractors — contractors who help operate gift events around the country, perhaps some six to 10 events a year, said Joe Jones, president of Incenta Rewards.

While privately held companies don’t usually share revenue numbers, Jones said 2017 was an especially strong year for his business as it truly went national. Incenta grew from $1.8 million in sales revenue in 2016 to $4.6 million in 2017, he said.
That growth happens the old-fashioned way, Jones said.
“We acquired some new additional clients,” he said. “A lot of it is, once companies learn of us and give us a shot at running some type of program for them … they continue to run additional programs.”

Wife and husband Carol and Joe Jones started the company at their kitchen table in October 2013.
Since its launch date, Incenta has not been terminated by any of its clients, Joe Jones said.
“It did not come without a ton of hours,” he said.
“We help companies make sure top talent choose them,” said Tina Rezash Rogal, who works with Incenta as the company’s vice president of sales and marketing.
The company celebrated its new home with a ribbon cutting earlier this month.
