The charges stem from Jan. 26, when Dayton police were called to a house on Martz Avenue, according to an affidavit filed in Dayton Municipal Court.
A woman said she was awakened to a man known to her, who sexually assaulted her after he had entered her house without her permission, according to court documents. The man was identified as Hutchison, documents said.
