Montgomery County Sheriff’s deputies responded June 28 to Speedway at 2232 Needmore Road after Brown reportedly hit a man with a vehicle and pinned him against another vehicle, breaking his pelvis and causing “numerous” lacerations to his legs and arms, according to an affidavit filed in Vandalia Municipal Court.
Brown is held on $50,000 bail in the Montgomery County Jail.
